High School Breakthrough Infections

Apparently, 5 of my vaccinated teachers at my school, who are also forced to wear facemasks, have still contracted COVID19.

As for myself, I suspect that I got sick last June, when the Delta Variant was reported sweeping through our area. I recovered after 3 days without going to the hospital through fasting (I felt better when I didn't eat), my Kangen 9.5 ph water, and some usnea that I bought at the local health store. So, I'm unvaccinated, I get tested for COVID weekly, I only wear a face shield, I eat a non-inflammatory diet (the Specific Carbohydrate Diet), and I have not contracted COVID19 at the school. Natural immunity and a healthy diet and lifestyle is the best protection against this virus. I'm still trying to figure out how to build up a natural immunity to the mind virus plaguing the world and the symptoms of tyranny that come with it.

Confederate Soldiers' Hardships: Scarcity, Resilience, and Survival in the Civil War Wilderness Campaign

In the aftermath of the American Civil War, personal accounts from soldiers offered raw glimpses into the brutal realities of conflict, far removed from romanticized histories. George Cary Eggleston’s Southern Soldier Stories captures the unvarnished experiences of Confederate troops, emphasizing not just battles but the everyday struggles against scarcity and deprivation. This excerpt from his collection, titled “Random Facts,” vividly illustrates the ingenuity and endurance of Southern soldiers amid profound shortages—of clothing, medicine, ammunition, and even food—highlighting how necessity forged both practical innovations and spiritual resilience. It serves as a poignant reminder of the human cost of war, where survival often depended on makeshift solutions and unyielding determination.
